Epitaxy/FEP Process Support Engineer

About the role

As a Process Support Engineer you will guide semiconductor products through their full lifecycle, from concept to qualification, providing on‑site customer support, system diagnostics, and service of complex equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑visibility customer support through on‑site installations, system diagnoses, and service/repair of complex systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with customers to develop leading‑edge processes for the most advanced semiconductor chips.
• Create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOE), analyze data statistically, and compile technical reports.
• Troubleshoot complex problems, perform root‑cause analyses, and resolve difficult process engineering and product issues.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to build relationships and achieve project goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a semiconductor fab or equipment environment.
• Proficiency in English communication.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Chemical Vapor Deposition, Atomic Layer Deposition, Plasma Reactive Ion Etch, Physical Vapor Deposition, Anneal and Implant technologies.
• Experience designing and executing DOE and performing statistical data analysis.
• Ability to conduct root‑cause analysis and technical troubleshooting.
