ADAS Technical Lead Engineer - Autonomous and Commercial Mobility

About the role

AUMOVIO, spun off from the Continental Automotive sector in September 2025, is looking for an ADAS Technical Lead Engineer in its Korea office. The Technical Lead leads a cross-functional engineering team to deliver the technical product targets on the agreed project schedule, covering engineering activities including test and validation and product industrialization where in scope. The role is responsible for obtaining System MLC (Milestone Level Commitment) and/or Product MLC releases.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and drive the cross-functional engineering team to meet technical project targets on time.
• Ensure the required product maturity is achieved over the product life cycle.
• Act as technical customer interface for cross-functional engineering topics.
• Prepare technical decision options for the change control board and management escalation.
• Plan technical work packages (content, schedule, quality) according to the overall project schedule.
• Plan and execute product/system MLC milestones on schedule.
• Act as plant interface for successful sample builds and ensure the product meets industrialization targets.
• Release the EBOM (Engineering Bill of Materials).
• Manage engineering build processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering.
• Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to work in a global, cross-functional team.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
