Process Support Engineer – CD‑SEM (VeritySEM)

About the role

The Process Support Engineer (PSE) will guide CD‑SEM (VeritySEM) products through their entire lifecycle, from concept to qualification. You will provide high‑visibility customer support on‑site, diagnose systems, and repair complex semiconductor equipment while collaborating with R&D and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site installations, system diagnoses, and service/repair of complex CD‑SEM equipment.
• Work closely with customers to develop cutting‑edge processes for advanced semiconductor chips.
• Create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOE), analyze data with statistics, and compile technical reports.
• Troubleshoot complex problems, conduct root‑cause analyses, and resolve difficult process engineering issues.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to build relationships and achieve project goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
• Proficiency in English communication.
