Clinical Sales - Electrophysiology (Biosense Webster)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson's MedTech division is looking for a Clinical Sales professional in Seoul to promote Biosense Webster products within the electrophysiology field. The role covers clinical support, selling and promotion to current and potential customers, professional education for end-users and business growth on the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and promote Biosense Webster products and create awareness of BWI solutions, explaining their features and benefits
• Support customer education and training with technical, clinical and product information
• Keep up to date with product IFUs, best practices, troubleshooting, clinical literature and new product information
• Respond daily to customer, practitioner and partner requests by email and voicemail
• Handle administrative tasks such as account documentation, compliance training, expense reporting and company system entry
• Share best practices with Field Sales and Service colleagues and internal partners
• Ensure personal and company compliance with regulations and policies, and follow Safe Fleet standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above with 0-5 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, able to work across functions and with diverse stakeholders
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented, with good problem-solving and composure under pressure
• Fluent written and spoken English

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Preferred: cardiology, electrophysiology or cardiovascular clinical experience
• Preferred: clinical and product knowledge of Biosense Webster or similar cardiovascular technologies
• Preferred: professional certification as a radiologic technologist, biomedical engineer, registered nurse or clinical laboratory scientist
