Solva Regional Project Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Solva Regional Project Lead to drive end‑to‑end delivery of complex customer projects within Seco’s SOLVA portfolio. The role connects business development, sales, technical teams and partners to turn manufacturing challenges into measurable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Support Solva Business Development and regional sales in qualifying integrated manufacturing opportunities.
• Lead customer discovery and assessment activities, capturing capability, capacity, process efficiency and risk information.
• Translate customer challenges into structured opportunity definitions, value hypotheses and proposal inputs.
• Develop and review technical proposals, business cases, budgets, KPIs and risk assessments.
• Own project execution quality, governance, milestone tracking, escalation handling and customer communication.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, coach stakeholders and ensure consistent use of Solva tools and standards.
• Deliver measurable improvements in productivity, cost per part, quality, capacity, sustainability and long‑term supportability.
• Hand over completed projects to local Seco teams for ongoing support.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex industrial or manufacturing projects as an individual contributor.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional expertise and build trusted customer relationships.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to define opportunities and present value cases.
• Capacity to work autonomously without direct line‑management responsibility.
