Sales Representative – Surgical Innovations

About the role

Medtronic is hiring a Sales Representative to support the Surgical Innovations team in Seoul. You will promote, sell, and service innovative medical technologies that improve patients' lives.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Surgical Innovations products and services within an assigned geographic area to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and strengthen long‑term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits.
• Provide education on Surgical Innovations products to customers.
• Gather field intelligence on competition, market changes, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Implement market development plans and organize marketing activities as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Less than 5 years of sales experience.
• Ability to absorb complex clinical and technical knowledge and communicate it simply.
• Proficient computer skills and business‑level English proficiency.
