Sales Admin Intern

About the role

Analog Devices, a global semiconductor company, is offering a hands-on Sales Admin Internship. The intern works on meaningful projects alongside a team of experts, collaborates in a respectful environment and builds a professional network. The company aims to develop its interns so they are the first to be considered for full-time roles. The internship includes lunch-and-learn sessions and social events with other interns and full-time employees.

Key responsibilities

• Market surveys and tracing market news
• Sales revenue and business opportunity trend analysis
• Registration in the sales system
• Supporting customer inquiries
• Supporting the PCN (part change notification) and new part approval process (PPAP, IMDS, CAMDS, custom inquiries)
• Handling sample orders, tracking shipments and maintaining inventory lists
• Data analysis for sales forecasts and long-term supply agreements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• Good command of conversational and written English
• Experience in a semiconductor company is a plus

Required skills

• Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
