Retail Analyst

About the role

The Retail Analyst will support the Retail Operations team by delivering accurate performance reporting, data integrity, and actionable insights. This full‑time position is based in the Seoul office and works closely with senior leadership to shape retail strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Daily/weekly/monthly retail performance reporting: sales, traffic, conversion, ATV, UPT, AUR, labor productivity.
• Independently diagnose performance drivers and proactively recommend corrective action to leadership.
• Own data integrity across SAP/POS systems end‑to‑end, including resolving root‑cause issues.
• Consolidate and report market share data and insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Conduct store segmentation and productivity analysis.
• Lead feasibility and investment analysis for new store decisions (PER package development) and present recommendations to leadership.
• Partner directly with leadership on business review narrative and strategic framing.
• Report channel‑specific KPI and promotion performance.
• Support the Annual Finance Plan with sales forecast and budget input.
• Act as analytical thought partner to Retail Ops/Sales Lead, challenging assumptions and shaping decisions.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis on request from leadership.
