Client Portfolio Management Intern – Real Estate (6 months)

About the role

This 6‑month internship supports Invesco Real Estate Korea’s Client Portfolio Management (CPM) team. You will work on day‑to‑day activities for the Korean market, helping to prepare client materials, coordinate fundraising efforts, and assist with investor communications.

Key responsibilities

• Support the CPM team in daily business activities for the Korea market.
• Prepare client presentations, marketing materials, and investor updates for real‑estate and alternative‑investment products.
• Coordinate with sales, product management, and other stakeholders on fundraising and client‑servicing initiatives.
• Assist with client onboarding, subscription documentation, and investor communications.
• Help prepare RFPs, DDQs, and ad‑hoc client requests.
• Organise roadshows, client meetings, and investor events.
• Maintain investor databases and support regular reporting requirements.
• Conduct market and competitor research on the alternatives and real‑estate investment landscape.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc projects and strategic initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Penultimate or final‑year undergraduate student studying Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Prior internship experience in asset management, wealth management, investment banking, research, consulting, or financial services.
• Ability to commit to a full‑time internship for six months.
• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, and portfolio concepts.
• Fluent in Korean and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
