Client Portfolio Management Internship – Real Estate Korea

About the role

We are looking for a motivated intern to join the Client Portfolio Management (CPM) team of Invesco Real Estate Korea. The role supports day‑to‑day activities for the Korean market and provides exposure to real‑estate and alternative investment products.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the CPM team with client presentations, marketing materials and investor updates.
• Coordinate with sales, product management and other stakeholders on fundraising and client‑servicing initiatives.
• Support client onboarding, subscription documentation and regular investor communications.
• Prepare responses to RFPs, DDQs and ad‑hoc client requests.
• Help organise roadshows, client meetings and investor events.
• Maintain investor databases and contribute to periodic reporting.
• Conduct market and competitor research on alternatives and real‑estate investments.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Penultimate or final‑year undergraduate studying Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• Previous internship experience in asset management, wealth management, investment banking, research, consulting or financial services.
• Ability to commit to a full‑time, six‑month internship.
• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products and portfolio concepts.
• Fluent in Korean and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
