Renewals Specialist Korea

About the role

Autodesk is hiring a Renewals Specialist (Digital Renewal Representative) in Seoul. The role manages multiple customer renewal cycles across regional accounts, engaging customers directly to protect the existing base, spot churn risks and expansion opportunities, and work with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers and Channel Partners. The team works mainly from the office, four days a week, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end renewals, streamline workflows and minimize manual intervention
• Closely track auto-renewal status and contact customers when auto-renewals are disabled to reduce churn risk
• Close seat expansion opportunities using established sales plays
• Work with customer procurement teams to complete renewal transactions
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility using CRM and renewal tools
• Collaborate with Account Executives on cross-sell and expansion, and with Customer Success Managers on retention and adoption
• Support authorized Channel Partners and share insights on churn risks, blockers and missed upsells
• Gather and communicate customer feedback on products, packaging and the renewal experience

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, renewals, account management or customer-facing sales
• Proven track record of closing renewals and managing multiple renewal cycles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Preferred: software, SaaS or technology sales background, familiarity with procurement teams and contract-based renewals

• Time management and organizational skills

Compensation includes base salary, possible annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants and a benefits package; offers depend on experience and location. In-person onboarding or ID verification may be required.
