QA Specialist – 1 Year Contract

About the role

The QA Specialist will support post‑market surveillance and quality management system activities for a 1‑year contract. This hybrid role works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support post‑market surveillance activities, including complaint handling, product field actions, adverse event and UDI reporting.
• Assist with Quality Management System (QMS) activities, documentation maintenance, and compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
• Prepare communications and documents for regulatory authorities and Notified Bodies.
• Contribute to QMS improvement initiatives and cross‑functional QA projects.
• Perform other QA administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• BS in a science, engineering, business or related discipline.
• 0+ years experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of QMS and applicable regulatory requirements.
