Programme Director (Seoul)

About the role

Turner & Townsend, a global professional services company owned by CBRE Group, is hiring a full-time Programme Director in Seoul. The role acts as the Accountable Executive (AE) for a real estate programme, with non-delegable accountability for delivering agreed outcomes in line with bank standards and governance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define the real estate strategy with the Asset Management team and drive its approval through governance forums and investment committees
• Deliver the strategy with the Workplace Capital Project team and approve the Project Execution Document(s)
• Act as Accountable Executive: own programme compliance, stakeholder engagement, project steering committees, risk ownership, change management, data accuracy, change requests, handover, post-implementation reviews, benefits management and programme closure
• Build and manage key stakeholder relationships, report strategy performance against KPIs and manage strategy exemptions
• Oversee workplace project leads, the Integrator Programme Office and Project Manager, and lead escalation and issue resolution
• Build the pre-deal due diligence team, define project scope and objectives, predict and manage resources, and ensure compliant delivery of the project delivery process
• Prepare project feasibility analysis, manage the design and bid processes, and give regular progress updates to stakeholders

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and Korean
• Experience overseeing architects and advisors as client representative for large-scale, complex property projects, and experience managing bid processes
• In-depth knowledge of real estate development, transactions, leasing or joint venture partnerships
• Experience with premises-related delivery systems, performance measures and standards, and change management or integration programmes
• Ability to influence key stakeholders and build consensus at various authorities
