Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Arrow Electronics, a Fortune 154 company serving over 220,000 technology manufacturers and service providers, is hiring a Product Marketing Manager in Seoul (Centerpoint Seocho). The role defines and executes the roadmap and strategy of current and future products in a business group, manages one or more products and works with engineering, sales, marketing and customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and prioritize product requirements and define the roadmap and strategy for current and future products
• Manage one or more products with the VP, developing overall product strategy and handling tactical activities
• Understand market opportunities and competition, specify market requirements and deliver requirement documents and mock-up screens to development teams
• Manage software, quality and product-related teams onshore and offshore, and oversee software releases
• Work with marketing on releases, promotions and advertising, and collaborate with sales, prospects and customers for product feedback
• Provide the sales team with training and technical knowledge to sell the product and professional services

Required profile

• Typically a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree, or 6 years with an advanced degree, or equivalent experience
• Manages professional employees and/or supervisors, and is accountable for the performance of a team
• Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and customers
