Partner Solutions Architect – Applied AI

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect on its Applied AI team to act as a pre‑sales technical leader. You will work closely with global system integrators, regional partners, and cloud providers (AWS, GCP) to accelerate indirect revenue and enable AI practice adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a technical thought partner to the GTM team, shaping partner strategy and deepening technical capabilities across GSIs and cloud partners.
• Collaborate with partners to design high‑value, industry‑specific GenAI solutions, creating reference architectures and best‑practice guides.
• Provide direct technical support to unblock strategic customer deals where partners are the primary delivery vehicle.
• Represent Anthropic at partner events, workshops, AWS summits, and industry conferences, leading developer‑focused sessions and hackathons.
• Gather and relay product feedback from partner deployments to inform Anthropic’s roadmap and partner strategy.

Required profile

• 5+ years in customer‑ or partner‑facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Proven success partnering with GSIs or cloud providers to solve complex technical challenges from design through delivery.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to C‑suite executives, engineering, and IT teams.
• Fluent in Korean and English.

Required skills

• Designing scalable cloud architectures on AWS and GCP.
• Integrating enterprise systems and building end‑to‑end solutions.
• Familiarity with large language model (LLM) frameworks, tools, and a background in machine learning or data science.
