Multi Store Manager, Retail Management

About the role

Tapestry's Coach Korea team is hiring a Multi Store Manager (Store HC) in Seoul. The role reports to the Area Manager, Retail Management, Coach Korea, and is directly accountable for the performance and execution quality of a cluster of stores. It brings Area Manager strategy to life through strong store leadership, visual execution and Lite / Micro Training.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales, KPIs and operational performance across the assigned store cluster, driving consistent execution standards while adapting to each store's needs
• Lead and coach Store Managers and key store leaders, recruiting, onboarding and developing them, and delegate responsibilities to build ownership and efficiency
• Identify capability gaps in store teams and deliver hands-on coaching, training and feedback, feeding people insights back to the Area Manager
• Execute the defined product mix, ensure inventory accuracy and develop store teams' product knowledge and competitive awareness
• Run visual merchandising and training in stores, evaluate results against sales and customer experience, and share customer response with the Area Manager
• Lead training collaboration based on store-level needs and provide decision-ready field insights to the Area Manager
