Enterprise Software Sales Executive

About the role

Rockwell Automation is looking for a high-performing Enterprise Software Sales Executive to grow strategic software sales in Seoul, Korea across medium to large enterprises. Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Software Sales Executive, you will oversee the full sales cycle (6-9 months), close complex deals and build lasting relationships with C-suite stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Win and grow strategic accounts for software sales
• Lead large, multi-cloud pursuits and negotiate enterprise contracts
• Build account plans and pipeline to exceed revenue targets
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to implement targeted plays
• Position solutions that align with customer goals

Required profile

• At least 8 years of experience in B2B software/SaaS sales
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing complex deals
• Strategic selling skills and ability to engage at executive level
• Experience in value-based selling and managing long sales cycles

Preferred qualifications

• Discrete industry experience
• Knowledge of MES or manufacturing software
