About the role
The Financial Planning & Analysis Associate Specialist will support the FP&A team in delivering accurate forecasts, operational reporting, and administrative assistance. This position ensures timely financial insights for business decisions while maintaining compliance with corporate standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain consolidation templates, validate assumptions, and prepare LPT submissions.
- Prepare, consolidate and analyse forecasts, and perform ad‑hoc financial analysis.
- Validate financial data across FSA, BPC, sales and headcount reports, and create sales and expense dashboards.
- Support monthly closing activities, track finance expenses, and provide general administrative support.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Familiarity with COMET, FSA, LPT, BPC and Power BI.
- Experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
