Fiduciary Treasury Accountant (Entry‑Level)

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Treasury Accountant to join its Korea team. The role focuses on managing fiduciary funds related to insurance premiums, claims and commissions, ensuring accurate settlement and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform settlement of entrusted funds, including premium, claim and commission payments for insurance and re‑insurance clients.
• Review cash receipt records, identify unassigned or unverified payments, and process disbursements using the company system.
• Coordinate with banks or overseas correspondent banks as needed and respond promptly to business‑team inquiries.
• Prepare regional and global closing reports, handle regulatory filings with the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS), and support audit activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2‑5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury, preferably in an insurance or financial institution.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and good communication skills.
• Business‑level English proficiency.

Required skills

• Good command of MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of financial and accounting principles, including control environment.
