Director, Program Management (SMB Seller Growth & Success)

About the role

Coupang is looking for a Director, Program Management to drive growth and success across a portfolio of emerging Rocket Growth sellers focused on SMB Seller Growth and Success. The role combines data-driven insights, seller engagement strategies, educational initiatives and cross-functional collaboration to improve seller performance, retention and program adoption. It is a full-time regular position in Seoul with a 12-week probation period.

Key responsibilities

• Own growth outcomes for a portfolio of Rocket Growth sellers by driving sales, assortment expansion, selection quality and operational performance improvements.
• Analyze seller performance, business trends and funnel metrics to identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Drive seller adoption, retention and engagement across Rocket Growth programs, tools and capabilities through targeted growth strategies and lifecycle management.
• Design, execute and optimize scalable growth initiatives, educational programs and enablement campaigns for large seller populations.
• Build reporting frameworks, dashboards and experimentation methodologies to measure growth, adoption, retention and business impact.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, Analytics and Business Development teams to remove seller friction and shape roadmap priorities.
• Represent the voice of emerging sellers across the organization.

Required profile

• 15-20 years of experience in seller management.
• Proven track record of building brands and securing high-impact media visibility.
• Strong storytelling, writing and executive communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Background in corporate communications is highly desirable.
• E-commerce or marketplace experience, and experience in a multinational company with exposure to Asia, are a plus.
