Senior Solutions Consultant (Seoul)

About the role

Figma is looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant based in Seoul to support enterprise accounts in Korea. The role partners with Sales to shape technical deal strategies and lead complex customer evaluations, connecting customer business goals with Figma's capabilities and guiding customers toward secure adoption at scale. It also involves coaching teammates and contributing reusable approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery for complex enterprise opportunities, uncover business priorities and technical requirements, and deliver tailored demonstrations and solution recommendations
• Partner with Sales to define technical deal strategies, map stakeholders and decision criteria, agree on evaluation success measures, and lead evaluations to a customer decision
• Own the customer IT and Security relationship, coordinate security questionnaires, RFIs and RFPs, and engage specialists to resolve complex questions and adoption risks
• Synthesize customer feedback across Korean accounts and partner with internal teams to inform product improvements
• Prioritize technical sales efforts, anticipate blockers and develop repeatable approaches that improve enterprise evaluations and adoption
• Build reusable demos, technical guidance and evaluation frameworks, and coach teammates on discovery and solution positioning
• Work autonomously in ambiguous situations, exercising sound judgment on trade-offs and escalation

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years of sales engineering or solutions consulting in a SaaS organization
• Strong communication skills, with experience influencing technical and business decision-makers, including senior leaders
• Fluency in English to collaborate with internal teams and the global community

Required skills

• Practical experience in front-end development or the software development lifecycle
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS environments, identity, security and governance requirements
• Curiosity about emerging technologies such as AI, with a habit of hands-on experimentation
• Plus: proficiency in Figma or other UX/UI design tools, and experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
