About the role

Maersk is seeking a self‑driven sales professional to lead the commercial development of integrated container logistics solutions in the Korean market. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships and delivering profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with existing and new customers to achieve gross profit targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create effective sales strategies and respond to customer inquiries.
• Design and implement customer business development plans aligned with short‑term and long‑term sales goals.
• Engage senior decision‑makers, participate in tender processes, and manage client relationships.
• Provide consultative, customer‑centric recommendations that deliver long‑term strategic value.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics products, solutions, pricing, and terminology.
• Familiarity with supply‑chain development processes in the Korean market.
• Proven track record of winning opportunities through personal and collaborative selling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple objectives and priorities effectively.

Required skills

• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Native‑level Korean proficiency.
