About the role

The Assistant Manager – Operations in Yongin will support Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Execution, overseeing inventory, warehouse and fulfilment activities across various facility types.

Key responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day execution of inventory, warehouse and distribution processes.
Coach and mentor less‑experienced staff and provide informal supervision.
Apply technical knowledge to solve operational challenges and influence tactical decisions.

Required profile

Previous work experience in logistics, warehouse or related operations.
Ability to work independently within defined guidelines while seeking supervision for complex tasks.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

Practical knowledge of logistics methods, work procedures and processes.
Project management capability.
