Consignment Specialist

About the role

Alcon, a global leader in eye care, is seeking a Consignment Specialist to manage and optimise consignment inventory for its customers in Seoul. The role involves data analysis, order and inventory management, and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse order, consumption and consignment inventory data to identify trends and set appropriate inventory levels.
• Monitor key metrics such as Months on Hand (MOH) and generate actionable insights for inventory optimisation.
• Create, modify and track consignment‑related orders, ensuring accurate and timely system records.
• Conduct regular reviews with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance and other stakeholders to drive performance and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with sales representatives and 3PL partners for timely delivery, collection, return and replacement of consignment stock.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support audit activities related to consignment inventory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Native‑level Korean and business‑level English proficiency.
• Experience in a healthcare company or supply‑chain environment is advantageous.
• Strong data analysis capability and high adaptability to changing priorities.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication and problem‑solving skills.
