Clinical Application Specialist, Ultrasound (Cardiovascular)

About the role

The Clinical Application Specialist for Cardiovascular Ultrasound will introduce and train end‑users, technicians and operators on Philips ultrasound solutions. The role focuses on maximizing customer satisfaction and expanding business volume for ultrasound products delivered in the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Train customers and partners on clinical procedures and protocols for optimal use of cardiovascular ultrasound equipment.
• Provide re‑training on new releases, add‑ons and upgrades, and ensure high‑quality training and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver product presentations, demos and hands‑on workshops, and support conferences and user‑group meetings.
• Gather direct feedback through regular site visits and report equipment issues to headquarters.
• Support the sales team with clinical evaluations, demonstrations and development of sales strategies to increase market share.

Required profile

• Graduated in radiology or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in cardiovascular ultrasound or echocardiography (e.g., Clinical Application Specialist, Sonographer).
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and ability to present and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in English communication is preferred.
