Audiovisual (AV) Specialist

About the role

The Audiovisual Specialist supports and executes AV and technical production activities for internal and external events, webinars, and hybrid programs at Medtronic's Seoul location.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality technical support for live, virtual, and hybrid events, including AV equipment setup, video recording, and editing.
• Manage AV equipment inventory, coordinate with vendors, and ensure seamless event delivery within budget.
• Maintain troubleshooting logs, resolve AV system issues, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in AV operations, technical event production, or multimedia production.
• Strong organizational, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• AV systems and video‑conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Webcast and digital event technologies.
• Video production, recording, post‑production, and editing tools.
• Microsoft Office and ServiceNow IT Service Management.
