Technical Engineer (Mid‑level) – Facilities & MEP

About the role

JLL is seeking a Technical Engineer to support multiple client sites in Seoul, focusing on mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) services. The role involves ensuring timely work order response, maintaining safety standards, and delivering high‑quality service to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage MEP service delivery across several client sites, responding to work orders promptly and meeting KPI targets.
• Schedule, coordinate and track repairs, maintenance, minor works and other service requests to completion.
• Conduct site inspections, identify improvement opportunities and propose emergency response plans.
• Provide direction to vendors, facilities staff and service providers to ensure minimal disruption.
• Maintain accurate records for moves, events, reception and building operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electric equipment maintenance or related facilities management.
• Knowledge of local occupational health and safety regulations and vendor management.
• Ability to work independently, handle stressful situations and travel domestically for emergencies.
• Professional qualification or certificate in electrical engineering is preferred.

Required skills

• Understanding of CRAC, chiller systems, fire protection systems and mechanical & electrical systems.
• Proficiency with IT tools and platforms for work order management.
