Senior Technical Consultant – English & Korean Speaking

About the role

Veeva Systems, a leading life‑sciences SaaS provider, is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant who is fluent in English and Korean to help customers in Korea and APAC transform their businesses. The role involves delivering technical solutions, system integrations, and post‑go‑live consulting for Veeva Commercial and R&D Cloud products.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with service teams in Korea and APAC and lead solution proposals during the bidding phase.
• Conduct customer‑facing workshops, own project success, and design comprehensive technical and functional solutions.
• Develop internal and external tools that support customers and consulting teams.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Korean (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of engineering or technical consulting experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of development experience with Java, Spring, and REST.
• 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying solutions on AWS (S3, Lambda, ECS, VPC, etc.).
• Strong presentation skills and quick learning ability.
• Background in AI is highly advantageous.
