Solution Consultant – QualityOne (Korea)

About the role

Veeva QualityOne is expanding its presence in Korea and seeks a Solution Consultant to act as the technical authority for enterprise customers in regulated manufacturing sectors such as cosmetics, food & beverage, and chemicals. You will work closely with the Director of QualityOne Korea throughout the sales cycle to translate customer challenges into value‑based solution designs and secure technical wins.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to lead technical discovery, solution strategy, demo design, and validation for prospective customers.
• Translate quality, document control, supplier governance, audit, and compliance challenges into clear Veeva QualityOne solution designs.
• Deliver industry‑specific demonstrations for Korean manufacturers, covering cosmetics brands, OEM/ODM, F&B, and chemical companies.
• Support RFI/RFP responses, architecture discussions, integration narratives, and security/compliance queries with both IT and business stakeholders.
• Act as the local bridge to global product and services teams, sharing market requirements, localization needs, and competitive insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in solution consulting, pre‑sales engineering, or solution architecture within Korea.
• Proven experience with enterprise SaaS or business software, preferably in QMS, document management, PLM, ERP, MES, LIMS, or supply‑chain/compliance platforms.
• Strong ability to conduct business discovery, design solution narratives, and present to technical and executive audiences.
• Native‑level Korean and professional English fluency.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
