Senior Sourcer

About the role

Coupang is expanding its in-house talent sourcing team and is looking for strategic sourcers who can find and attract top talent worldwide. You will develop and run sourcing strategies to identify the best candidates from global markets, using AI-powered sourcing tools and talent intelligence platforms, and build talent pools of high-potential people.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to design and run sourcing strategies across functions and markets.
• Approach prospects, position Coupang's value proposition and turn them into qualified candidates.
• Use AI tools, talent intelligence platforms, ATS, CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter to find and engage talent.
• Run talent mapping, market research and competitive intelligence to understand talent availability and hiring opportunities.
• Assess candidates against role requirements, culture and long-term potential.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through market research, networking and data-driven sourcing.
• Mentor junior sourcers and act as a subject matter expert on sourcing best practices and talent attraction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in talent sourcing, recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong English and Korean communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• ATS, CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
• Preferred: Boolean search, talent mapping, cold calling and email outreach.
• Preferred: experience with AI-powered sourcing tools and mentoring junior sourcers.
