Senior Product Manager, Global eCommerce

About the role

Rocket Overseas is Coupang’s cross‑border e‑commerce service that brings overseas products to Korea in as fast as two days. As the business scales, the Senior Product Manager will lead the development of key technologies to attract, engage and retain both customers and third‑party sellers, building a world‑class platform for seller onboarding, product catalog, and global customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define clear problem statements and drive vision, strategy and success metrics for the global fulfillment service, operational efficiency, campaign exposure and cost for Coupang and sellers.
• Align diverse stakeholders—including sales, marketing, operations and engineering—to deliver on defined goals.
• Prioritize and create a roadmap of projects, balancing trade‑offs to optimise seller and customer experience.
• Regularly review metrics and develop new data mechanisms to improve visibility and performance.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product experience in the e‑commerce industry, with a track record of delivering features and products at scale.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to overcome obstacles creatively.
• Experience working in e‑commerce retail, product development and global business environments.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Korean and English.
