Senior Manager, Business Growth & Strategy

About the role

The Senior Manager, Business Growth & Strategy will act as the chief strategist for Airbus Defence and Space in Korea, shaping and executing strategic priorities across defence, space and government engagement. The role focuses on building long‑term stakeholder relationships and aligning corporate strategy with customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Support executive leadership in defining and executing strategic initiatives for ADS activities in Korea.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Korean government, military, industry, think‑tanks and academia.
• Identify and shape new business opportunities in Air Power, Space Systems and Connected Intelligence domains.
• Develop strategic messaging, briefing and engagement frameworks for high‑level meetings and official visits.
• Lead preparation of high‑level engagements with the Ministry of National Defense, Defense Acquisition Program Administration and other defence institutions.
• Provide in‑depth analysis of Korean defence policy, procurement trends and geopolitical developments.
• Contribute to the Korea Country Strategy, key account plans and campaign execution.
• Reinforce Airbus visibility through marketing events, aerospace exhibitions and senior leadership visits.
