Senior Distribution Center Manager

About the role

The Senior Distribution Center Manager leads the Korea Distribution Center within the Distribution and Research Center (DRC). This role ensures the seamless fulfillment of supply and orders for the Korean market while building agile, resilient, and sustainable supply‑chain capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Korea DC network strategy and capability roadmap aligned with business growth.
• Drive transformational initiatives, innovation solutions, and sustainability strategies to meet the company’s net‑zero ambition.
• Act as the primary liaison for global and regional DC projects, ensuring compliance with supply‑chain standards and governance.
• Lead a high‑performing DC organization of 20+ staff, fostering succession planning and a future‑fit structure.
• Maintain end‑to‑end operational excellence, monitor KPIs, and continuously improve productivity.
• Oversee DC governance, risk management, health & safety, security, and sourcing compliance.
• Coordinate vendor performance, system optimization, and alignment with regional guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in distribution center or warehouse operations.
• Strong track record of strategic planning, capability building, and cost optimisation.
• Experience managing cross‑functional partnerships and stakeholder relationships, including government authorities.
• Ability to lead large teams, mentor staff, and promote a collaborative culture.
• Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement.
