Onsite Operations Specialist (Seoul)

About the role

Fever, a leading tech platform for live entertainment, is seeking an Onsite Operations Specialist to manage the rollout and daily operations of its major sports partnership across multiple football stadiums in South Korea. You will act as the operational reference point, ensuring venues are ready and teams perform to Fever standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Fever operations across several stadiums and matchdays, ensuring ticketing, access control, box office, devices, connectivity and staffing are ready before doors open.
• Supervise Venue Managers and freelance operational leads, providing clear responsibilities, escalation paths and support for unresolved issues.
• Serve as the first escalation point, troubleshoot ticketing and access control problems, and document resolutions.
• Maintain operational excellence by enforcing SOPs, capturing learnings, and proposing improvements to central operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in live operations, sports, ticketing, venues, hospitality or a similar high‑volume environment.
• Proven ability to coordinate onsite teams, troubleshoot issues independently and supervise experienced staff without formal line‑manager authority.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and confident communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Native Korean, fluent professional English, and willingness to work evenings, weekends and travel regularly across South Korea.
