Senior Analyst – Insurance Operations

About the role

Marsh is seeking a Senior Analyst for Insurance Operations in Seoul. This senior individual contributor role manages fiduciary operational functions, billing, credit control, and supports regional initiatives while coaching junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end fiduciary operational activities including billing, invoicing, credit control and collections.
• Support the Fiduciary team leader by translating strategy into practical execution and acting as an escalation point.
• Analyze processes, propose and implement improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy and compliance.
• Produce and maintain financial and operational reporting, dashboards and ad‑hoc analyses for management.
• Drive global/regional projects, coordinate with regional teams and brokers for consistent execution.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues to raise quality and productivity standards.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance and fiduciary legislation, identify and help remediate compliance risks.
• Support system optimization (Workday, billing/AR platforms) and identify automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, billing/collections, finance or insurance operations.
• Hands‑on billing/AR experience with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Fluent business English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior staff (formal people‑management not required).

Required skills

• Workday or similar ERP/billing systems.
• Advanced Excel.
• Reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau or SQL.
• Process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent).
