Fiduciary Treasury Accountant (Entry‑Level)

About the role

Marsh is seeking a Treasury Accountant to manage fiduciary fund settlements for insurance and reinsurance clients in Korea. You will ensure accurate cash handling, reconcile payments, and support audit and reporting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform settlement of client funds including premiums, claims, and commissions.
• Review cash receipts, identify unassigned or unverified payments, and process disbursements to insurers or reinsurers using internal systems.
• Coordinate with banks and overseas correspondent banks as needed.
• Respond promptly to business team inquiries and support timely reporting for regional and global requirements.
• Assist with regulatory filings, financial supervisory authority (FSS) reporting, and audit preparation.

Required profile

• BA degree or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury, preferably in an insurance or banking environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and good communication skills.
• Business‑level English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office applications.
