Senior Analyst – Insurance Operations

About the role

Marsh is seeking a senior analyst to manage fiduciary operational functions in Seoul. The role combines hands‑on billing ownership, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement without formal people‑management duties.

Key responsibilities

• Perform end‑to‑end billing, invoicing, credit control and collections tasks.
• Support the Fiduciary team leader in daily operations and act as an escalation point.
• Analyse processes, propose and implement efficiency, accuracy and compliance improvements.
• Create and maintain financial and operational dashboards, and prepare ad‑hoc analysis for management.
• Drive regional projects, coordinate with brokers and ensure consistent execution across geographies.
• Coach junior colleagues, providing practical guidance and mentoring.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance and fiduciary regulations, escalating compliance issues as needed.
• Support system optimisation (Workday, billing/AR platforms) and identify automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, billing/collections, finance or insurance operations.
• Hands‑on billing/AR experience with proven collection strategies.
• Strong analytical ability to produce clear reports and actionable insights.
• Fluent business English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
