Senior Account Partner – QualityOne Enterprise SaaS Sales

About the role

Veeva QualityOne is expanding its presence in Korea and seeks a senior Account Partner to drive new‑business growth across regulated manufacturing sectors such as cosmetics, food & beverage, and specialty chemicals. This founding sales position will own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and will shape the go‑to‑market strategy for the Korean market.

Key responsibilities

• Own and exceed annual New ACV targets for Korean enterprise manufacturers in cosmetics, F&B, and specialty chemicals.
• Identify strategic entry points, build long‑term account roadmaps, and expand adoption of Quality Management capabilities.
• Execute an Account‑Based Sales motion, engaging C‑level executives and demonstrating clear ROI.
• Partner with Marketing on ABM campaigns and with Solution Consultants to ensure seamless onboarding and long‑term success.
• Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and CRM tracking using Veeva internal tools.

Required profile

• 10+ years of B2B enterprise SaaS sales experience in Korea with a proven quota‑attainment record.
• Deep network of senior decision‑makers (QA, Operations, Supply Chain, CIO) in cosmetics, F&B, or specialty chemical manufacturers.
• Strong challenger mindset and value‑selling expertise, able to articulate business ROI to C‑level stakeholders.
• Self‑starter with resilience in green‑field market expansion.
• Bilingual fluency in Korean and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
