Revenue Strategy & Operations Lead – Korea

About the role

As the first member of Anthropic’s Revenue Strategy & Operations team in Korea, you will partner with the Korea Country Manager and sales leadership to design and execute Korea‑specific revenue strategies. You will shape go‑to‑market plans, drive territory design, and build the operational foundations needed to scale the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own annual and quarterly go‑to‑market planning for Korea, including target setting, territory design and sales capacity in partnership with Finance.
• Identify market opportunities, assess competitive dynamics and define expansion priorities across large enterprises and fast‑growing tech companies.
• Run the rhythm of the business – weekly forecast reviews, monthly and quarterly business reviews – to surface risks and inform leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Finance, Marketing and Partnerships to align Korea’s plans with the broader Asia‑Pacific strategy.
• Manage core commercial processes such as account and territory changes, ensuring data quality in the global CRM system.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, cloud or enterprise software, with a focus on sales strategy or revenue operations.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear analysis, recommendations and actionable plans.
• Strong analytical skills with experience converting complex data into insights and forecasts.
• Hands‑on experience with annual planning, territory design, quota setting and business reviews for enterprise sales teams.
• Fluent in Korean for executive‑level interactions and business‑level English.
