직무 소개
3M의 연마재 시스템 부문에서 현장 영업을 담당하며, 금속 가공·운송·산업용 기계·장비 분야 최종 고객에게 제품을 소개하고 매출을 성장시키는 역할을 수행합니다.
주요 업무
- Fabricated Metal, Transportation, Industrial Machinery & Equipment 분야 최종 고객 발굴 및 영업 파이프라인 구축
- 신제품(NPI) 시장 출시 및 고객 채택 촉진
- Channel Account Manager 및 Application Engineer와 협업하여 고객 요구에 맞는 솔루션 제공
- 연마재 전 제품군 관리 및 매출 목표 달성을 위한 전략 수립
지원 자격
- 학사 학위 이상 소지자
- 영업 또는 연마재 시장 경험자 우대(대졸 신입 지원 가능)
- 협업 중심 조직 문화에 원활히 적응할 수 있는 역량
필수 역량
- Microsoft Office 활용 능력(Excel 고급 기능, PowerPoint 프레젠테이션)
- 우수한 대인·커뮤니케이션 스킬 및 이해관계자와의 협업 능력
