Market Access Specialist

About the role

The Market Access Specialist will lead product patient access initiatives in Korea, working closely with both local and global cross‑functional teams. The role demands resilience, strong analytical expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders to ensure optimal pricing and reimbursement outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of access strategies aligned with business priorities and global guidance.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to secure successful patient access for assigned products.
• Adapt local health‑economic models, generate local data, and engage with societies such as CORE, GMAx, and HTA bodies.
• Collaborate with business units on product forecasting, competitor intelligence, and anticipate environmental changes affecting pricing and reimbursement.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in market access, health economics, outcomes research, or related fields within pharma, academia, or HTA agencies.
• Functional knowledge of medicine, epidemiology, pharmacoeconomics, and statistics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and documentation abilities.
• Preferred qualifications: PharmD or PhD.
