Manager, Business Development – Digital & R&C

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager to lead Business Development for its Digital and Rewards & Commerce (R&C) portfolio in Korea. You will create new growth opportunities with merchants, issuers, and government partners, leveraging Mastercard’s core products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and promote Mastercard offers and services with domestic and offshore merchants.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with issuers, acquirers, merchants, businesses, and governments.
• Provide customer service for Mastercard Loyalty Services and related programs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design product promotions and merchant offers.

Required profile

• Integrity, entrepreneurship, accountability, sense of urgency, and strong teamwork capability.
• Proven leadership with a disciplined approach to delivering financial results.
• Consultative sales expertise for high‑level customer interactions.
• Strong understanding of financials, business plans, and business cases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English.
• Bachelor’s degree required; merchant offer development experience preferred.
