About the role

This senior position leads the development and execution of marketplace strategies for Converse Korea’s Energy channel, aligning with the brand vision and local consumer trends.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and seasonal business plans for key Energy Accounts.
• Manage strategic relationships with premium retailers such as Kith, Kasina, Beaker, Boon the Shop, and 10 Corso Como.
• Secure premium product placement, elevate brand storytelling, and drive marketplace differentiation.
• Lead seasonal sell‑in processes and collaborate with Planning to optimize sell‑through performance and inventory productivity.
• Identify and activate opportunities for premium launches, collaborations, product incubation, and special projects.
• Work with Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, and Operations to deliver retail activations and consumer‑facing experiences.
• Provide market insights, account feedback, and business recommendations to Korea leadership and global stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in wholesale, marketplace or account management within sportswear, fashion, footwear or lifestyle.
• At least 3 years managing Key Energy Accounts such as Kith, Kasina, Beaker, Boon the Shop, 10 Corso Como or similar premium retailers.
• Strong understanding of Korea’s sneaker, fashion and street‑culture landscape and the Energy channel ecosystem.
• Proven ability to drive sell‑in and sell‑through performance through strategic account planning.

Required skills

• Fluent Korean and English communication skills.
• Ability to create executive‑level PowerPoint decks for channel strategy and business planning.
