Installation Team Customer Engineer 채용 – 반도체 장비 엔지니어 (경력 1년 이상)

About the role

As a Field Service Engineer (Customer Engineer) you will act as the primary liaison with customers, installing, maintaining and upgrading semiconductor equipment. You will use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across a range of system types.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission and upgrade semiconductor manufacturing equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic and gas systems.
• Utilize digital analytics tools for troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
• Coordinate directly with customers to ensure smooth operation and high‑quality service.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 75% of the time.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience with semiconductor or display equipment.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Completed or exempted military service with no travel restrictions.

Required skills

• Equipment installation and commissioning.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic and gas systems.
• Knowledge of deposition processes (CVD, ALD, PVD, Epitaxy).
• Familiarity with removal processes (CMP, Etch, Pattern Shaping).
• Experience with defect control and metrology analysis tools.
