HRSG - Auxiliary Equipment Engineer

About the role

The HRSG Auxiliary Equipment Engineer will design, specify and review auxiliary systems for Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG) used in combined‑cycle power plants. You will join an international team that supports a diverse portfolio of customers worldwide, ensuring that all auxiliary equipment meets performance, safety and cost objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Specify, select and review third‑party HRSG auxiliary equipment such as emissions control catalysts, duct burners, safety valves, acoustic control devices and pumps.
• Collaborate with performance, piping, instrumentation & control, and structural engineers to optimise overall HRSG design.
• Provide technical solutions for noise control, emissions control, fluid/thermal processes, pressure vessels and pump systems.
• Drive project execution, product improvement, problem solving and cost‑out initiatives.
• Interface with customers to ensure equipment meets their technical and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Experience working with international customers of combined‑cycle power plants.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines (performance, piping, I&C, structural).
• Strong technical background in HRSG auxiliary systems.
