HR Intern - Talent Acquisition

About the role

SGS Korea's Talent Acquisition Team is looking for an HR intern to join its recruitment work. The team handles recruitment planning, talent sourcing, interview coordination, candidate assessment, offer discussions and onboarding support. As a global company with offices in more than 140 countries, the internship gives exposure to both domestic and global recruitment projects, and lets interns help create a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates and support onboarding preparation to improve the candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment data and HR information by tracking progress across hiring stages and keeping candidate and system data accurate.
• Take part in campus recruiting, recruitment events and other talent acquisition projects to support employer visibility.

Required profile

• Fluent Korean with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Current university student expected to graduate, or university graduate (students on leave of absence are also eligible).
• Entry-level candidates or those with relevant HR internship experience are welcome.
• Preferred: interest in HR, talent acquisition and people-related areas; experience collaborating with diverse groups through university or extracurricular activities.

Required skills

• Preferred: proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with good data organization and management skills.
