Fiduciary Treasury Accountant (Entry‑Level)

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Treasury Accountant to join its Korea team. You will handle fiduciary fund settlement, review cash receipts, and support audit and reporting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform settlement of client‑related funds such as premiums, claims, and commissions.
• Identify unassigned or unverified cash receipts and process payments to insurers or reinsurers using internal systems.
• Coordinate with banks and overseas correspondent banks as needed.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from business team members.
• Prepare regional and global financial reports and support regulatory filings.
• Assist with audit tasks and respond to financial statement inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2‑5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury, preferably in an insurance or banking environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and good communication skills.
• Business‑level English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
