EYFS Lead Teacher – Seoul (Start Aug 2026)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced EYFS Lead Teacher to head a 3–4 year‑old class at a leading British international school in Seoul. The role starts in August 2026 and involves delivering the EYFS curriculum through enquiry‑based, play‑centred learning in a supportive, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate EYFS curriculum for a class of 3–4 year olds.
• Create engaging, play‑based learning experiences that follow the EYFS Framework.
• Assess and monitor each child’s progress and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with bilingual teaching colleagues and contribute to team planning.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment and communicate regularly with parents.
• Participate in school-wide professional development and community activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related subject.
• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., QTS or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification teaching experience, recent experience with EYFS age range.
• Strong understanding of child development and play‑based pedagogy.
• Experience in an international or British curriculum school is highly desirable.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
