Enterprise Account Executive - Healthcare & Life Science

About the role

Anthropic is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive in Seoul to drive adoption of safe, frontier AI within Korea’s Healthcare & Life Sciences sector. You will secure strategic deals with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, hospital, and digital health companies, helping them embed and deploy AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to launch, targeting top enterprises in the Korean healthcare and life‑sciences market.
• Design and execute innovative sales strategies, analyze market trends, and create targeted campaigns to meet revenue quotas.
• Identify new customer segments and use cases across R&D, clinical development, regulatory, manufacturing, and patient‑facing functions.
• Guide customers through Korean regulatory and data‑privacy requirements (MFDS, MOHW, PIPA, Medical Service Act, GxP).
• Provide market feedback to shape product roadmaps and continuously refine sales methodology.

Required profile

• 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in Korea’s Healthcare & Life Sciences sector, with a consultative, solutions‑oriented approach.
• Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and negotiating customized commercial agreements.
• Deep understanding of Korean hospital and life‑sciences technology decision‑making, including regulatory and compliance influences.
• Excellent communication in Korean and English, capable of engaging stakeholders from individual contributors to C‑level executives.
• Strategic, analytical mindset with a “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” attitude and a passion for safe AI development.
