Enterprise Account Executive – Digital Native Business

About the role

Anthropic is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive focused on Digital Native Business (DNB) in Seoul. You will introduce Anthropic’s safe, frontier AI technology to Korea’s fastest‑moving tech companies and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue by winning net‑new logos across internet platforms, gaming, e‑commerce, SaaS, fintech and media.
• Build a greenfield territory from scratch, creating account lists and generating pipeline through outbound prospecting.
• Conduct consultative sales cycles with founders, CTOs, CPOs and engineering leaders, positioning Claude as the core AI foundation.
• Land new accounts quickly, set them up for expansion, and work closely with technical buyers and developer teams.
• Coordinate internal Product, Engineering, Applied AI and Partnerships teams to win technical evaluations and accelerate time‑to‑production.

Required profile

• 8+ years of sales experience in Korea with a proven hunter track record and strong outbound pipeline generation.
• Experience selling to digital‑native, high‑growth technology companies and engaging technical buyers.
• Demonstrated ability to open greenfield territories, build pipeline from zero and exceed revenue targets.
• Strong commercial instincts for usage‑based and consumption models, linking product adoption to revenue growth.
• Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English and a passion for safe, responsible AI.
